Delivery
We aim to dispatch all in stock items ordered before 1pm on the same day, Monday to Friday (except Bank Holidays).
Whilst we aim to ship all orders before 1pm, it’s not always possible due to workload and weather. We try our best though, and sometimes will even ship orders up to 3pm the same day.
The website 100% will send you an email on ordering, and when we dispatch. This might get lost in your Spam/Junk folder, but it’ll be there if you look. So long as you’ve provided the correct email address.

Shipping
All UK items are shipped from our local Post Office, using “Tracked 48 Hour" Delivery
We only send items within the UK.
Returns
Returns are accepted within 14 days for an exchange or refund.
You are responsible for the cost of returning the item(s) to us. We recommend you used a signed for or tracked method of post.
Your item must be in its original unused condition, unless there is a manufacturing defect. If you have a cat/dog/hamster/fluffy pet, please ensure the items are free of pet hair or your items will be returned to you. If the items show signs of wear or are not in perfect condition, they will be returned to you. Washing, ironing, wearing “around the house for a day to check” is not cool – don’t do it.
In short, if you would like a full, no quibble refund, please return your item to us in a new and unused state, folded neatly as you received it. Do not screw it up and drop kick it into a parcel. Our garments are made with care so please be respectful.
The following items are non-returnable:
Bespoke or altered products, underwear, swimwear or socks not in original packaging.
Christmas returns
We will accept Christmas gifts back for exchange/credit note until 14th January. with the above exceptions.
