An opportunity has arisen for a proactive and charismatic Hire & Retail Assistant to join our team in Warwick.
Working within a small and friendly retail team where everyone looks out for each other. Teamwork and the ability to build relationships are key to this role.
We are looking for a Hire & Retail Assistant who will proactively approach every customer, prepare hire outfits to an excellent standard and deliver a true retail customer experience.
As a Hire and Retail Assistant your main responsibilities will include:
Ensure that customer service is not an afterthought but an intrinsic part of the sales process
Support the Management team and the sales process ensuring effective responsibility and ownership of your tasks
After training you will be prepared and organised in preparing outfits for hire based on a detailed system
Preparing used hires for cleaning or putting away
Take responsibility for visual presentation and cleanliness of the store
Ensure accurate and appropriate advice to ensure that our customers buy the best and most relevant products to meet their needs. This will include achieving the correct sizes.
In order to be considered for this exciting role, it is preferred that you have the following:
A genuine desire to deliver first-class customer service
A dedicated and capable retail sales professional who is enthusiastic about quality and presentation
Ability to work well with others and carry out tasks in a swift and comprehensive manor
Self-motivated, shows initiative, confident and a strong team-player
Please note: reaching, lifting, carrying and climbing stairs are integral to this position.
